Nick was studying finance in college when COVID sent everything online. Sitting behind a screen all day, he realized the corporate path was not for him. He wanted to be out in the world, building something real.

One afternoon on a boat with a friend, the conversation turned to business ideas. Power washing came up, and that was the spark. What started as a side hustle quickly evolved into something bigger. Nick realized that painting and power washing go hand in hand, and Pocono Pro's Painting & Power Washing was born.

At just 25 years old, Nick has grown the company to 3 full-time crews and over 300 completed projects across Northeastern Pennsylvania. He still walks job sites, meets with homeowners, and holds his team to a standard most contractors ignore.

For Nick, this is not just about painting walls. It is about building something he can be proud of, creating a future with time for family, travel, and the things that matter. That vision shows up in every project Pocono Pro's Painting & Power Washing takes on.

At 25 and a Bloomsburg University grad, Joe started his career in sales, where he learned the importance of communication, reliability, and understanding clients. But over time, he realized he loved working with his hands and seeing the real impact of his effort — which led him to painting.

Joe joined Pocono Pros at the start of 2025 and quickly became a key part of our team. He’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to making sure every project runs smoothly and meets our standards. Quality, communication, and craftsmanship are what he brings to every job.

Outside of work, Joe is a family-oriented guy who loves fishing and being outdoors. Painting isn’t just a job to him — it’s a craft he takes pride in, and he’s dedicated to delivering results that homeowners can be proud of.

Born and raised in the scenic Wallenpaupack area, Jack grew up with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. After high school, he went on to Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, where he briefly ran track while earning his degree in accounting. The business foundation was solid — but his true passion ended up somewhere else.

Jack found his way into commercial painting, specializing in decks and residential projects. It was the perfect mix of hard work, creativity, and real connection with homeowners. After gaining experience in the insurance world, he realized he wanted a more hands-on career where he could work directly with people. That path led him to Pocono Pros, where he now focuses on helping clients get the best service and the smoothest experience possible.

Outside the job, Jack stays active in the gym and plays guitar in his band, All Day Special. He’s big on adventure, the outdoors, and constantly trying new things. He brings that same energy into every project — dedicated, personable, and committed to making sure every client gets exactly what they’re looking for.

With 4 years in the industry, Erik takes real pride in delivering top-tier service to every homeowner and business owner he works with. Whether it’s pressure washing or assisting with painting, he’s all about attention to detail, hard work, and making sure every client is completely satisfied.

Outside the job, Erik’s big on sports — watching, playing, or catching a game in the city. He loves spending time with friends, traveling, and enjoying the lake when the weather’s right. And yes… he’s a proud New York Mets and New York Giants fan.

Erik brings energy, effort, and professionalism to every project. He’s looking forward to meeting you and making sure your home or business looks its absolute best.

Born and raised in Hawley, PA, Nick is 24 and has been painting for about 2 years. What he loves most about the job is getting to work alongside friends he grew up with while pushing toward shared goals and high-quality results.

Nick takes customer satisfaction seriously — making sure every homeowner is happy before the crew leaves, and always being willing to return if something needs attention. Outside of painting, he serves in the Army National Guard, a commitment he feels has shaped him into a stronger, more disciplined person. On top of that, he’s a full-time college student and full-time worker, balancing it all with dedication.

Tyler has been with Pocono Pros for several months and takes real pride in seeing a project come together from start to finish. He loves hands-on work and the satisfaction of transforming a space into something that looks brand new again.

A local to the area, Tyler spends most of his free time outdoors or around cars and racing — anything that keeps him active, thinking, and problem-solving. On the job, he’s detail-oriented, respectful, and committed to getting the work done right the first time while keeping your home clean and cared for.

Born and raised in PA, Lenny keeps life active and straightforward. When he’s not on the job, you’ll usually find him watching football, hitting the gym, or relaxing with a few games to unwind. He’s big on staying active, pushing himself, and enjoying time with friends whenever he gets the chance.

What Lenny enjoys most about working at Pocono Pros is the satisfaction of seeing a job come together. Stepping back, looking at the finished result, and knowing the team delivered exactly what the customer wanted — or better — is what drives him. For him, it’s not just about getting the work done; it’s about taking pride in it and getting better every day.
